If someone told you “Ghostbusters” was every bit as bad as “Rambo: First Blood Part II,” you’d tell him he was crazy. Consider us criminally insane. This iconic ’80s classic starring Harold Ramis, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Rick Moranis and Sigourney Weaver sparked our imaginations and made proton packs a household name, but the years have not been kind.

Aliens (1986)

“Aliens” How did James Cameron make a move this good in 1986? Like, seriously, it’s impossibly good. Sigourney Weaver is the perfect warrior woman when such a thing didn’t exist in film. The story makes sense. The space Marines are badass. Even Bill Paxton’s overacting is endearing.
