Big Trouble in Little China Quote: “When some wild-eyed, eight-foot-tall maniac grabs your neck, taps the back of your favorite head up against the barroom wall, and he looks you crooked in the eye and he asks you if ya paid your dues, you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol’ Jack Burton always says at a time like that: “Have ya paid your dues, Jack?” “Yessir, the check is in the mail.” — Jack Burton

I noticed between Big Trouble in Little China 1.33 and The Thing 1.5 you’ve rated John Carpenter as a director 1.42. With a score like that his director WAR (Wins above Replacement) rating has got to be the lowest among all directors with multiple shat entries. You guys need to get around to reviewing his 1987 Prince of Darkness movie but make sure you watch it with somebody, wouldn’t want any of you to shat yourselves.
